Young at Heart Fitness Class
A Young at Heart... fitness class is being held on Tuesdays & ursdays at 10:30 a.m. This class is free to all and equipment will be provided for those 50 years or better. Join the one-hour, two days a week strength training fitness class at the Ceres SDA Church, in cooperation with the Healthy Aging Association. Registration forms are available in the church lobby.
